摘  要:目的探讨用Bootstrap方法对参考测量程序测定肌酸激酶(CK)催化活性浓度的不确定度进行评价。方法用参考测量程序测量CK催化活性浓度;用Bootstrap方法对数据进行有放回的重抽样并进行分析,计算均数、不确定度;与GUM法评估结果进行比较。结果 Bootstrap方法评估时,标本A CK催化活性浓度的测量结果为(108.57±3.26)U/L(k=2),包含区间为[105.31 U/L,111.83 U/L],标本B结果为(375.15±8.86)U/L(k=2),包含区间为[366.29U/L,384.01 U/L];GUM方法评估时,标本A CK催化活性浓度测量结果为(108.57±3.38)U/L(k=2),包含区间为[105.19 U/L,111.95 U/L],标本B结果为(375.16±8.92)U/L(k=2),包含区间为[366.24 U/L,384.08 U/L]。结论 Bootstrap重抽样方法评估结果与GUM法一致,该法操作简便,便于推广。Objective To investigate the feasibility using the Bootstrap method to evaluate the uncertainty of catalytic activity of crea- tine kinase (CK) determined by reference measurement procedure. Methods The reference measurement procedure was used to determine the catalytic activity of CK. The Bootstrap method was used to analyze the re-sampling and calculate its mean and uncertainty. Then, the results obtained from the Bootstrap and the GUM method were compared. Results When the uncertainty was evaluated by the Bootstrap method, the results of samples A and B were ( 108.57 ±3.26) U/L (k = 2) with ( 105.31, 111.83 ) of confidence in- terval ( CI), and (375.15 ± 8.86) U/L (k = 2) with (366.29, 384.01 ) of CI, respectively. When the uncertainty was evaluated by the GUM method, the results of samples A and B were ( 108.57 ± 3.38) U/L ( k = 2) with ( 105.19, 111.95) of CI, and (375.16±8.92) U/L (k = 2) with (366.24, 384.08 ) of CI, rcspectivcly. Ccncasion The obtained results from the Bootstrap method are consistent with those from the GUM method. Moreover, the Bootstrap method is simple, accurate, and easy to be applied.
