摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆读者培训存在问题的分析,结合青岛农业大学图书馆读者参与培训活动的模式与实践,介绍了培训大使模式的构建、特点、管理以及效果。培训大使模式借力于读者,将读者培训工作有效地延伸到读者身边,提高了读者培训的针对性和培训效果。After analyzing the existing problems in university library＇s reader training service, this paper introduces the pattern, organization, characteristics, management and effects of training ambassador program based on the reader training activities in Library of Qingdao Agricultural University. By extending library educationg to readers effectively, training ambassador program improves library reader training service and has good training effects.
