摘 要:履带装甲车辆综合传动汇流行星排工作环境恶劣,润滑油液中会含有大量的污染磨损微粒。磨损微粒会随着润滑油液进入汇流行星排行星齿轮处的滚针轴承,致使轴承出现早期磨损,影响传动的可靠性。通过对污染微粒运动过程及在此过程中污染微粒受力过程的分析,建立磨损微粒对汇流行星排传动元件引起的摩擦力PIF(particles introduced force)的影响模型;对模型中参数进行仿真分析,获得磨损微粒对滚针轴承的润滑影响规律;从减小运动副摩擦力的角度,对相关结构的设计及维护提出建议。研究结果表明:PIF随着最小油膜厚度的增大先增大后减小,随着微粒直径的增大而迅速增大,随着滚针轴承滚针半径的增大而增大,但增长速度会减慢。The power-shift steering transmission on tracked armored vehicle works in a harsh environment. The lubrica- ting oil may be mixed with lots of wear particles. The wear particles into the planetary gear with the lubricating oil will lead to the premature wear of the gear, and affect the reliability of the transmission. By analyzing the wear particles movement and the force the particles endured during the movement procedure, the model of the influence of particles introduced force (PIF) on the transmission components of the planetary gear was established, the regulation that the wear particles influ- ence the lubrication of needle bearing was obtained by analyzing the parameters in the model with simulation. The design of related structure and its maintenance were suggested based the point of view to reduce the friction of moving pairs. The re- search results show that the PIF is increased first and then decreased along with increasing of minimum film thickness, is rapidly enlarged along with increasing of diameter of particles, and is enlarged along with increasing of radius of needle of needle bearing, but the speed of increasing is slowed down.
