摘　　要：在全自动数控车轮压轧生产线上研究某国产复合磺酸钙润滑脂替代进口磺酸钙润滑脂的可行性。从物理性能、摩擦学性能、流变性能测试和模拟台架及相容性实验等方面对国产和进口磺酸钙润滑脂进行比较。结果表明,该国产复合磺酸钙润滑脂抗剪切能力、润滑效果与进口磺酸钙润滑脂相当,可替代进口润滑脂用于车轮压轧生产线上。The feasibility was studied for domestic made Calcium sulfonate complex grease used on fully automatic nu- merical control （NC）auto wheels roiling production line instead of imported Calcium sulfonate grease. Through physical performances test, trihological properties test, rheological properties test, bench test-bed and compatibility test, Calcium sul- fonate grease of domestic made and imported were compared. The results show that the domestic made Calcium sulfonate complex grease has equivalent anti-shear ability and lubricating effect as that of the imported calcium sulfonate grease, which can be used to replace imported grease for the auto wheels rolling production line.
