摘  要:目的建立一套适合医院护士长岗位胜任力的评价体系。方法利用专家咨询和调查问卷相结合的方法构建胜任力初级模型,再对其信度、效度等进行分析,据此调整要素指标。结果根据护士长岗位胜任力模型,建立起护士长评价指标体系。结论该评价体系可为医院有效的选聘考核护士长提供科学的评价方法。Objective To study an appropriate competency-based evaluation system for head nurse post. Method The primary model of competency was build using expert advice and questionnaire method, then analyze the reliabili- ty and validity of model, accordingly adjustment factor index and established evaluation system. Result An nurse e- valuation index system was established According to the head nurse job competency model, the model can provide the basis for the selection, evaluation and promotion of any remaining issues such as the head nurse. Conclusion Such competency-based evaluation system can offer an efficient and scientific method for head nurse selecting and appoin- ting.
