摘  要:通过对9组不同聚丙烯纤维掺量的C50强度等级混凝土试块进行轴心抗压试验,建立不同掺量混凝土的分段本构关系,确定峰值应变、轴心抗压强度与聚丙烯纤维掺量的关系式。试验研究表明随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,曲线参数α呈线性变化。根据理论分析得出峰值应变、轴心抗压强度与聚丙烯纤维掺量的计算公式,比较峰值应变的试验值与理论计算值,两者符合较好。综合考虑1.8 kg/m3为聚丙烯纤维混凝土的最佳掺量。Based on the axial compression experiments of 9 polypropylene fiber C50 concrete reinforced samples with differem dosages of polypropylene fiber, the theoretical calculating segmented constitutive relation of the stress - strain curve with different dosage con- tents was proposed, and the theoretical formula of the peak strain, the axial compressive strength and polypropylene fiber volume fraction were proposed.The test research show that the calculation parameters ct of the stress - strain curve has a linear change with the polypro- pylene fiber dosage.The theoretical calculating formula of the peak strain and polypropylene fiber volume fraction, the axial compressive strength, and the calculated results agreed well with those of experimental results. Synthesizes each kind of situation, 1.8 kg/m3 is the op- timum content of polypropylene fiber concrete.
