信阳地区混凝土超声回弹测强曲线研究

摘　　要：为满足工程项目对无损检测的需要,全国各地区都开展了本地区专用超声回弹曲线的试验研究。本研究采用信阳地区广泛使用的原材料和常用的配合比设计,制作了一定数量的混凝土试块,并进行了超声波速、回弹值、抗压强度相关数据采集。基于最小二乘法原理对数学函数模型进行拟合回归,建立了信阳地区超声回弹测强曲线。通过对比分析可知,相对于全国统一测强曲线,信阳地区测强曲线更能准确反应工程真实情况,因此,该曲线可以在信阳地区参照使用。In order to meet the need of non-destructive testing in projects, various regions of the country have carried out experimental research in the region dedicated ultrasonic-rebound figure. With the materials and common proportion of mixture for concrete widely used in Xinyang, it produced a number of concrete block and collected the date of ultrasonic velocity, rebound value, compressive strength. Based on the method of least squares derivation, mathematical functions were fitted regression model, it established the ultrason- ic rebound strength curve for Xinyang.Through comparatively analysysed,it found the Xinyang area strength curve could reflect the real situation of the project more accurately as opposed to a unified national strength curve.Therefore,it bileve that the reference curve can be used in Xinyang district.
