摘 要:[目的]了解上海市轨道交通地下车站集中式空调风管内表面微生物和积尘量污染状况,以及清洗前后的效果改善情况,为疾病预防、卫生监督等工作的开展提供科学依据。[方法]选取上海市轨道交通具有代表性的地下车站,依据DB 31/405—2012《公共场所空调通风系统运行卫生要求》进行细菌总数、真菌总数和积尘量的检测。[结果]共选择代表性车站30个,风管内表面的细菌总数由清洗前的14.33 cfu/cm2减少到清洗后的1.49 cfu/cm2,真菌总数由清洗前的3.51 cfu/cm2减少到清洗后的1.25 cfu/cm2,积尘量由清洗前的10.08 g/m2减少到清洗后的0.45 g/m2,此3项指标在清洗前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]清洗是改善轨道交通地下车站集中式空调通风系统风管内表面污染状况的有效措施。[ Objective ] To evaluate the contamination with microbes and dust in internal surface of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) airducts in underground stations of Shanghai Rail Transit and the improvement after cleansing; and to provide scientific basis and suggestions for disease prevention and hygiene supervision. [ Methods ] Representative underground rail stations were selected in Shanghai. The total counts of bacteria, fungi, and the total weight of dust were evaluated according to the Air conditioning and ventilation system operating health requirements in public places (DB 31/405-2012). [ Results ] We chose a total of 30 representative stations. The total counts of bacteria and fungi in the internal surface of airducts decreased from 14.33 cfu/cm2 to 1.49 cfu/cm2 and 3.51 cfu/cm2 to 1.25 cfu/cm2 after cleaning respectively. The total weight of dust decreased from 10.08 g/m2 to 0.45 g/m2 after cleansing. The differences in the three indicators were all statistically significant before and after cleansing (P〈0.01). [ Conclusion ] Airduct cleansing could effectively reduce the HVAC inner surface contamination in under^ound rail stations.
