复方盐酸普鲁卡因胶囊治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方盐酸普鲁卡因胶囊治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法以数字法抽选妇科门诊2012年6月～2014年6月收治的99例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,将其随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（47例）,观察组给予复方盐酸普鲁卡因胶囊治疗,对照组采用炔诺酮治疗,连续用药3个月,观察两组患者的临床症状,监测治疗前后血红蛋白值、子宫内膜厚度、血激素水平变化。结果观察组总有效率为94.23%,明显高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组血红蛋白值高于对照组、子宫内膜厚度低于对照组、血清FSH/LH比值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方盐酸普鲁卡因胶囊能有效改善围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血,有助于各项指标恢复正常,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound procaine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 99 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected by using digital method,and were randomly divided into observation group （52 cases） and control group （47 cases）.The observation group were given with compound procaine hydrochloride capsules for treatment,the control group were given with norethisterone for treatment.Both groups were treated for three months.Meanwhile,clinical symptoms of the two groups was observed,endometrial thickness, hemoglobin and blood hormone level before and after treatment was monitored. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.23%,higher than74.47% in control group （P〈0.05）.Moreover the hemoglobin values and endometrial thickness of the observation group was better than that of the control group after the treatment （P〈0.05）.The serum FSH/LH ratio of observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound procaine hydrochloride capsules can effectively improve clinical curative effect of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, conducive to help each index back to normal,which is worthy of clinical application.
