心理护理对精神病患者抑郁、依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对精神病患者抑郁及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取100例精神病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予传统护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理。比较干预前后的HAMD、SCL-90评分;并对患者的治疗依从性进行比较。结果观察组干预后的HAMD评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的SCL-90各项评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从率为86.0%,显著高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可显著改善精神病患者的抑郁情况,提高治疗依从性。Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on depression and compliance of patients with mental illness. Methods 100 cases with mental illness were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,the observatiOn group were given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of SCL-90 and HAMD,treatment compliance of two groups before and after intervention was compared. Results HAMD score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention and the control group after intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.SCL- 90 score of each factor in the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention and the con- trol group after intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The compliance rate of the observation group was 86.0%, which was higher than 60.0% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly improve depression and compliance of patients with mental illness.
