介入护理在脑血管介入治疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨介入护理在脑血管介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院行脑血管介入治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用介入护理干预,比较两组的手术成功率及并发症发生率。结果观察组的手术成功率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入护理在脑血管介入治疗中的应用效果显著,可提高手术成功率,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of interventional nursing in patients with interventional treatment of cerebral vascular. Methods 80 cases with interventional treatment of cerebral vascular in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control grouia was given usual nursing,the observation group was given interventional nursing on the basis of the control group.The achievement rate of operation and the incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared. Result The achievement rate of operation in the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 85.0% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 7.5%,which was lower than 25.0% in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of interventional nursing in patients with inter- ventional treatment of cerebral vascular is significant, which can increase the achievement rate of operation,reduce the in- cidence of complication.
