摘 要:在绿色施工推广初期,政府出台相应的激励机制能有效地推进绿色施工的开展。本文通过参考绿色建筑对增量成本的定义,给出了绿色施工增量成本的概念;通过分析增量成本的来源及特点,总结出绿色施工增量成本的构成,并从经济、环境和社会三个方面对增量综合效益进行了深入分析,其中绿色施工增量成本产生的环境、社会效益远大于其经济收益,但难以进行量化计算。因此,本文参考先进的量化方法,选取了具有代表性的参数进行量化计算,提出了增量成本分摊模型,引用案例证明了模型的可行性。At the beginning of the promotion of green construction, the government enacted the corresponding incentive mechanism that can effectively promote the green construction. The concept of green construction incremental costs was defined by reference to the definition of incremental cost of the green building. By analyzing the source and characteristics of the incremental cost, the paper summed up the portion of the green construction incremental costs, deeply analyzed the benefits of incremental costs carried from three aspects of economy, environment and society. The environmental and social benefits of the green construction incremental cost carried are greater than its economic benefits, but it is hard to make the quantum calculation. Therefore, this paper referred to the advanced quantitative methods, selected the typical parameters for quantum calculation, put forward the incremental cost - sharing model and used actual cases to prove the feasibility.
