摘 要:基于3S技术对漓江流域进行了生态环境的整治与科学规划,利用遥感图像作为整治与规划的底图和参考,联合GPS观测技术,建立了一套漓江生态规划与整治的地理信息系统,可为漓江航道的开挖和疏通提供可靠的依据,可以实现对漓江的枯水期和丰水期水位的实时的动态监测,实现漓江流域相关信息的资源类型、分布、查询以及更新、统计和分析。通过3S技术平台系统对漓江流域的生态环境问题进行了科学合理的分析并提出了整治对策,为实现漓江流域生态环境及资源信息化和建立高效实用的漓江流域生态整治与规划系统奠定坚实基础。The ecological regulation and scientific planning for the Li River basin is based on 3S technology. Combined with GPS observation technology, the article adopts remote sensing image as the regulation and plannings base map and reference to establish a geographic information system for Li River basin's ecological planning and regulation. The system can provide a reliable basis for the excavation and dredging of the Li river waterway and it can realize the dynamic real--time monitoring of the water level of Li River in the dry and wet season. In addition, the system can realize the search, update, statistics and analysis of the type and distribution of resources and other related information in Li River basin. Through the platform system based on 3S technology, the article conducts a scientific and reasonable analysis of the ecological and environmental issues in Li River basin and puts forward the control measures, which lay a solid foundation for realizing the informatization of ecological environment and resources in Li River basin and for the establishment of a high efficient and practical system of ecological regulation and planning in Li River Basin.
