彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉缺血的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉缺血的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的47例下肢动脉缺血患者的临床资料并观察其彩色多普勒血流图像和二维超声图像，对其声像特征进行分析。结果彩色谱多普勒超声可以提供患者的患病动脉血管内中膜厚度、增厚情况、血管走向、管径等信息。47例下肢动脉缺血的患者中，属于下肢动脉狭窄的有37支，下肢动脉闭塞的有10支。结论彩色多普勒超声检查能够清晰显示患者的血管病变情况，提供下肢动脉血管血流动力学信息，在下肢动脉缺血性疾病的诊断中具有灵敏度高、准确性好的特点，具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower limb ischemia. Methods The clinical data of 47 patients with lower limb ischemia from our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and their color Doppler flow images and the two-dimensional ultrasound images were observed. The imaging characteristics was analyzed. Results Color Doppler ultrasound could provide some information about the wall thickness, thickening situation, vascular direction, vessel diameter, and so on of the diseased arteries in the patients. Among the 47 patients, 37 got lower extremity arterial stenosis, and 10 lower extremity arterial occlusion. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the patient＇s vascular diseased situation and provide some information about lower extremity arterial blood flow dynamics and is highly sensitive and good accurate in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial ischemia and worth being clinically analyzed.
