摘 要:为探讨KR脱硫渣的脱硫机理,利用现场取脱硫渣,通过炉渣淬火实验,对渣中矿相组成和硫在渣中分布进行研究与分析。研究结果表明:KR渣主要位于Ca O-Si O2-Ca F2-Ca S四元系,渣中含有单一的Ca S相、以Ca O为主的Ca O-Ca F2-Ca S相和以Ca O、Si O2为主的Ca O-Si O2-Ca F2-Ca S相,且Ca S相中的硫含量明显高于其他2种矿相。通过统计渣相中Ca S相的面积分数,并结合炉渣总的硫含量,得出渣相中的硫主要以单一的Ca S形式存在。因此,通过提高渣相中Ca S相的面积分数,可提高炉渣硫含量。The phase and distribution of sulfur in KR desulfurization slag was analyzed by quenching experiment to inves- tigate the desulfurization mechanism of KR slag. It was found that KR slag was located in the four component system of CaO-SiO2-CaF2-CaS, which was consisted of the single phase of CaS, the multi-phase of CaO-CaF^-CaS and the multi- phase of CaO-SiO2-CaF2-CaS, and the sulfur content in CaS phase was apparently higher than the other two phases. Fur- ther, the sulfur in slag mainly existed in the form of calcium sulphide according to statistical analysis of area fraction for CaS phase and the total sulfur content in slag. The sulfur content in slag could be thus added by increasing the area frac- tion of CaS phase.
