出版社学术影响力评价研究——基于文献计量学指标的实证研究

摘　　要：借鉴期刊评价研究的成功经验,提出了"出版社出版图书量""总被引频次""影响因子"和"被引半衰期"等4个评价出版社学术影响力的文献计量学指标,分析了各指标的特点和内涵。根据以上指标分别列出了排名靠前的出版社,并分析了原因。实证结果表明:指标设计科学合理,兼顾了"质"和"量",涵盖了反映"长期"和"短期"影响力的指标,从不同角度反映出版社的不同侧面,涵盖了出版社评价最重要的几个方面。Learning from the experience of evaluation of academic journals, 4 bibliometric indicators are presented including ＂the total number of books published＂, ＂total cites＂, ＂impact factor＂ and ＂cited half-life＂ to evaluate the academic influence of a press, the char- acteristics and connotations of each indicator are also analyzed. The list of top-ranking presses is then presented based on the above indica- tors, and the reasons for the ranking are also given. Empirical results show that the proposed indicators are scientific and reasonable： hav- ing a balanced coverage of both ＂quality＂ and ＂quantity＂, and incorporating the ＂long-term＂ and ＂short-term＂ impact indicators as well. The different aspects of a press are reflected by the indicators from different perspectives with an all-round coverage of the most im- portant aspects of press evaluation.
