摘　　要：分析了收音机后盖的侧凸和侧孔结构,设计了斜推杆内侧抽芯机构和斜导柱外侧抽芯机构,完成了制品侧向结构的抽芯。对斜导柱滑块头部结构进行了优化设计,简化了模具结构。实践证明,模具结构合理,成型的制品质量合格。The side convex and side hole structure in a radio back cover was analyzed. The inward core-pulling mechanism by angled ejector pin and outward core-pulling mechanism by angle pin were designed for the side core-pulling of the product. The head structure of angle pin slide was optimized which simplified the mould structure.
