摘　　要："卓越医师教育培养计划"的出台对我国医学人才的培养提出新要求。结合贵州地区实际,进行了积极的探索,该研究项目是对学校国家教学改革课题"卓越医生"在课程设置、学习方式、理论与实践转换、考核方式等方面探索一些新方法,主旨目的是培养职业和人文素养好,学习和临床能力强,适合现代医学发展需要的医学人才。＂Excellence physician education training plan ＂for medical talents＇ training in China has put forward new requirements. Combined with the actual situation of Guizhou Province, has carried on the positive exploration, this research project is to explore some new methods on the subject of national teaching reform in the Zunyi medical College in the curriculum, learning methods, theory and practice of conversion, assessment methods and other aspects, the purpose is to cultivate a professional keynote and humanistic literacy, learning and clinical ability, suitable for the need of the development of modern medicine medical talents.
