摘　　要：目的探讨治疗耳廓假性囊肿简便易行、有效的方法。方法回顾性分析2011年7月~2014年4月在天津市泰达医院耳鼻咽喉科治疗的24例耳廓假性囊肿患者,均行倒三角形切口,切除耳廓假性囊肿前壁软骨膜及新生软骨,放置引流条,加压包扎治疗。结果 24例患者均疗效满意,无耳廓变形等后遗症。结论倒三角形切口是治疗耳廓假性囊肿的简便易行有效的方法。Objective To explore the optimal method for treatment of pseudocyst of auricle. Methods The clinical date of 24 cases with pseudocyst of auricle in 2011.7~2014.4 were retrospectively studied. All the patients were treated by surgery in our hospital. Results 24 patients were followed up from 1 week to half a year. The effect of surgical treatment for the auricular pseudocyst was satisfactory. There was no auricular deformation in these patients with operation. Conclusion Improved inverted triangle incision for treatment of pseudocyst of auricle is easy,effective and reliable.
