摘　　要：随着人口老龄化社会的到来,社区卫生服务工作的发展以及人们对健康需求的增加,家庭输液已成为了社区护理服务的重要组成部分。因其经济、方便、快捷的优点,深受患者及家属认可,尤其为老年患者打开了方便之门,减轻了患者的经济和家庭负担。但家庭输液是在有别于医院治疗室的家庭环境下进行的,因此家庭输液中安全管理尤为重要,护理人员既要有效地保护自身安全,又要为广大患者提供更安全有效的服务。为了了解家庭输液患者及家属对家庭输液治疗中存在的问题及满意度情况,有针对性开展社区护理工作并提供依据,自2014年1~月2014年6月,我院调查了216例家庭输液患者及家属的护理满意度情况,分析其相关因素,并提出针对性改进措施,现报告如下。Along with the population aging society is coming, the development of community health service work and the increase of people＇s health needs, family transfusion has become an important part of community nursing service. Because of its economic, convenient, fast advantage, recognized by the patients and their families, especially open convenient ways for elderly patients, reduced the patient＇s family and economic burden. But the family transfusion is carried out in different from the hospital therapeutic room, family environment, so the family transfusion safety management is particularly important, the nursing staff should effectively protect their own safety, but also provide a more safe and effective service for the majority of patients. In order to understand the family transfusion patients and their families on the existing problems in the home infusion therapy and satisfaction, to carry out targeted community nursing and provide the basis, from 2014 January to 2014 June in our hospital, investigated the nursing of 216 cases of family transfusion of patients and their families Satisfaction, analyze the related factors, and put forward specific measures for improvement, report as follows now.
