摘　　要：运用文献资料法,对比法研究运动康复与健康专业教育理念认为,国内外运动康复与健康相关专业基于"运动是良医",把运动与健康的科学证据应用于专业实践并付诸行动,成为积极锻炼的人群,获得"运动是良医"专业人员资质认证。Adopting methods of literature and comparative studies,this paper studies exercise rehabilitation and idea of health specialty education at home and abroad and concludes that the base of the above two is ＂ exercise is medicine＂. Application of the scientific proof of exercise and health into practice will accredit people interested in exercise for more health.
