摘　　要：目的：探讨TDP照射配合关节松动训练治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：将60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），均在常规药物治疗基础上行关节松动训练，治疗组则同时配合TDP照射治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05），关节活动度大于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：TDP照射配合关节松动训练治疗肩周炎疗效显著，能有效缓解疼痛，改善肩关节功能，提高患者的生存质量。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of TDP irradiation combined with joint loosing training for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods：60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, which both treated by joint loosing training on the basis of conventional medication, while treatment group combined with TDP irradiation at the same time, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the VAS score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the joint range of motion was larger than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TDP irradiation com-bined with joint loosing training has significant curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis, which can effectively release pain and improve the functions of shoulder joint, and raise the patients＇ quality of life.
