摘 要:目的:研究在中耳听骨链病变中应用CT仿真内镜和后处理技术的临床价值。方法:对我院2011年6月到2014年6月门诊及住院部收治的100例行耳部检查的患者展开研究,分别对其采取常规CT检查以及CT仿真内镜和后处理技术检查,分析比较两种检查方式的检查准确率。结果:以手术活检为标准,两种检查方式在对患者行检查后,听力正常比较χ2=11.0000(p=0.0009),听骨链畸形检查准确率比较χ2=100.2481(p=0.0000),中耳乳突炎检查准确率比较χ2=59.4416(p=0.0000),胆脂瘤检查准确率比较χ2=11.5820(p=0.0007),外耳道癌侵袭中耳检查准确率比较χ2=100.2481(p=0.0000),差异具有统计学意义。结论 :CT仿真内镜和后处理技术运用于中耳听骨连接病变的诊断中可对耳部各结构之间的关系进行良好的反馈,结合传统方法具有较高的临床使用价值。Objective: To study the CT simulation applied in the middle ear auditory ossicle chain lesions the clinical value of endoscopy and post-processing technology. Methods: From June 2011 to June 2014 outpatient and the inpatient admitted the study, 100 patients who underwent ear checks to conventional CT examination and CT simulation endoscopy and post-processing technology, Comparing two kinds of inspection mode of inspection accuracy. Results: On the basis of surgical biopsy, two types of checking in patients after inspection, hearing more χ2=11.0000(p =0.0009), auditory ossicle chain deformity check accurate χ2=100.2481(p=0.0000), middle ear mastoiditis check accurate χ2=59.4416(p=0.0000), accurate cholesteatoma check for χ2=11.5820(p=0.0007), external attacks the middle ear check accurate χ2=100.2481(p=0.0000), difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: Endoscopic CT simulation and post-processing technique using a middle ear ossicle connection in the diagnosis of lesions can be good relationship between the structure of each ear feedback, combined with the traditional method has a high value of clinical use.
