摘　　要：文章首先阐述了城市绿地系统规划与传统管理方法的不足以及面临的问题,提出了建立基于Arc GIS绿地信息系统对绿地信息进行存储与管理.通过资料的收集及预处理、绿地信息的提取、建立GIS数据库,构建龙岩市城市绿地信息系统.该系统的运用可以解决绿地信息的准确高效的采集、处理、获取、存储、管理,并实现绿地的分析与评价,为绿地规划的政府管理与决策部门提供科学的依据.Firstly, this paper describes the shortcomings and the facing problems of urban greenbelt system planning and traditional management methods. It proposes the advanced technology about the establishment of greenbelt information system based on ArcGIS. This system has the function of storing and managing information of greenbelt. GIS database is established through data collection, data preprocessing, greenbelt information extraction, and constructs the greenbelt information system in Longyan city .The application of this system can reach the goal of accurately, efficiently acquiring, processing, obtaining, storing, managing the greenbelt information, and realize the analysis and evaluation of green space. It provides scientific basis for government management and decision-making departments of greenbelt planning.
