摘　　要：国内最大机床、塑机、模具材料经销企业之一专业经营机床、塑机、模具材料、模架、模具配件、量具工具、刀具刃具、磨具磨料、化工料剂苏州海华集团位于平江新城梅巷工业区（312国道梅巷加油站旁）,靠近苏州火车站、长途汽车北站,交通十分便利。苏州海华集团下属单位有：苏州华东机电化工配套公司、苏州润华机械模具制造有限公司、中外合资苏州乐普精密模具机械有限公司、苏州富华物流有限公司、Based on the optimal design of the cathode profiles,a method of fabricating the convex plate-shaped multiple cylindrical micro-pins is proposed. Following the electrochemical etching principle,using the finite element analysis （FEA）,the electric field distribution for the distribution uniformity of the current density, performing the optimal design of their cathode profiles is calculated. In the preparation of multiple cylindrical micro-pins with uniformly in diameter,a method of partial insulated protection to fabricate the micro-pins which have length diameter ratio and convex plate- shaped is explored. The micro-pins into electrochemical corrosion experiments are carried out and further, the machining locality is improved.
