中药加显微吻合术干预梗阻性无精子症50例的临床对比疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨输精管、附睾显微吻合术加中药强精I号治疗梗阻性无精子症的临床疗效。方法：从2012年01月到2013年12月来就诊的患者中筛选出100例梗阻性无精子症患者，将其随机分成2组，进行输精管、附睾显微吻合术，研究组术后给予我院临床有效组方中药强精I号。对照组术后口服维生素C，3个月后复查精液1次，观察实验组治疗临床疗效。结果：共72例患者经过治疗后精液中复查见精子，复通总比例为72%，其中实验组40例患者术后查见精子，复通率为80％，精子活力（A＋B级精子百分比）为15．7％-56．4％；对照组1例患者失访，32例患者复查精液常规查见精子，复通率为64％，精子活力为4．9％～32．5％。结论：输精管、附睾显微吻合术加中药强精I号治疗梗阻性无精子症效果显著，其不仅可以有效改善梗阻性无精子症患者精道复通后精子的质量，还能显著提高术后复通率。Objectives：This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of vas deferens,epididymis of microscopic anastomosis with tradi- tional Chinese Medicine Qiang jing I hao to treat obstructive azoospermia.Methods： A controlled, randomized clinical trim was conducted from January 2012 to December 2013 in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A total of 100 obstruc- tive azoospermia patients who met the selection criteria were randomized into two groups to receive microscopic anastomosis . The experi- mental group were given traditional Chinese Medicine Qiang jing I hao while the control group were given vitamin C.Semen experimental test was performed 3 months later to observe the clinical efficacy of experimental group.Results：Seventy-two patients＇semen were found the existence of sperm after treatment, the total proportion of recanalization is 72%.40 cases in the experimental group were found sperm, the rate of reeanalization is 80%, sperm motility is 15.7%-56.4%;there are 1 case lost in the control group,32 cases were found sperm, the rate of recanalization is 64%,sperm motility is 4.9%-32.5% .Conclusions： the effect of vas deferens epididymis, microscopic anastomosis with traditional Chinese medicine Qiang jing I hao to treat obstructive azoospermia is remarkable. It not only can effectively improve the obstructive azoospermia patients＇quality of sperm after reeanalization, but also significantly improved postoperative recanalization rate.
