摘　　要：目的:探讨调强放射治疗(intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)前CT增强定位过程中的护理方法及体会。方法:对306例肿瘤病人进行CT增强定位的全过程实施心理护理、造影剂应用的相关护理等有针对性的护理措施。结果:306例病人均顺利完成定位,病人满意度为97.32%。结论:在放疗CT增强定位过程中做到专人专护,检查前有效的心理护理可以减轻患者因紧张等负性情绪对定位效果的影响,注射造影剂过程中密切观察病情变化非常重要,及时处理不良反应,保证病人的安全。objective To investigate the intensity-modulated radiation therapy （（intensity modulated radiation therapy, IMRT） before CT enhancement nursing methods and experience in the process of localization. Methods 306 fases of tumor patient CT enhanced positioning the whole process of implementation of psychological care, contrast agent application related ~ursing targeted nursing. Results 306 patients were successfully completed orientation, patient satisfaction was 97.32%. Conclusion CT enhancement in radiotherapy positioning do spe- cialist special protection, in the process of checking before the effective psychological nursing Can relieve patients because of negative emo- tions, such as tension on the effects of the orientation in the process of the injection of contrast agent close observation condition change is very important, adverse reactions timely treatment, ensure the safety of patients.
