摘  要:根据热连轧机工作辊热凸度与磨损计算方法,结合辊系弹性变形和金属塑性变形计算理论,在现场应用与模型参数优化的基础上,建立了工作辊在线辊型及动态负载辊缝计算模型。根据实际轧制计划,将模型计算结果与实测结果进行对比,验证了计算模型具有较高的精度,能够满足工程计算和分析的需要;此外,计算分析了工作辊在线辊型和不光滑辊面对出口带钢断面形状的影响,并提出了带钢断面形状的优化方法,为提高热连轧机出口带钢的板形质量提供了理论依据。According to the thermal crown and wear with the theory of roll elastic deformation and metal calculation method of work roll in hot strip mill, combined plastic deformation, the calculation models of on-line roll pro- file and dynamic loaded roll gap were established based on field application and model parameter optimization. Ac- cording to the actual rolling scheme, the higher calculation accuracy of the model is verified compared with the measured results and the calculation model can meet the need of engineering calculation and analysis. In addition, the influences of on line roll profile and unsmooth surface on outlet strip profile were calculated and analyzed, and the optimization methods of strip profile were proposed, which provided theoretical basis for improvement of the outlet strip shape quality in hot strip mill.
