摘  要:为提高发动机连杆性能,用中碳微合金非调质钢36MnVS4试制了发动机连杆,并对试制连杆的性能进行了检测。结果表明,试制的36MnVS4连杆的化学成分、显微组织、力学性能、疲劳性能、台架耐久性能和道路试验性能等性能不仅满足技术要求,且比高碳微合金非调质钢C70S6连杆的性能优异,可代替C70S6生产连杆,提高连杆性能。Connecting rod of engine was made of mid-carbon and m and tempering in order to improve enginels performance, and its pe the chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties, icroalloyed steel 36MnVS4 without rformances were tested. The results fatigue properties, bench durability quenching show that test performance not only meet the technical requirements of connecting rod, but also are better than the perform anees of the connecting rod made of high-carbon and microalloyed steel C70S6 without quenching and tempering 36MnVS4 can be used to produce the connecting rod instead of C70S6 to enhance the performance.
