增龄对兔心房及肺静脉肌袖组织缝隙连接蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的通过研究家兔心房及肺静脉肌袖连接蛋白的增龄性改变,探讨增龄与房颤的关系。方法以家兔为研究对象,分离不同年龄组家兔心房及肺静脉肌袖组织,用免疫组化的方法检测心房及肺静脉肌袖连接蛋白Cx43和Cx40的表达。结果随着年龄增加,心房及肺静脉肌袖组织Cx43的表达量呈明显的下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兔心房及肺静脉肌袖连接蛋白存在增龄性改变,可导致房颤的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between aging and atrial fibrillation by studying the age-related changes of the expression of connexin of pulmonary vein sleeve and atrium in rabbit.Methods Eighteen healthy rabbits were divided into three groups by age,the chests of the rabbits were opened and the pulmonary vein sleeve were dislodged.The expression of Cx43 and Cx40 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of Cx43 of pulmonary vein sleeve and atrium was statistically decreased with the aging（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The expression of connexin of pulmonary vein sleeve and atrium presents with age-related changes,which may lead to atrial fibrillation.
