护理干预延缓糖尿病肾损害进程的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病肾损害患者实施护理干预的效果。方法将121例老年2型糖尿病患者按其意愿分为常规护理组与特定护理干预组,相关干预内容:心理护理及宣教,饮食护理,用药护理,预防感染,针对性护理医嘱。常规治疗按医嘱。分别比较入组初和入组24月后2组患者晨尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和血清中胱抑素C(CysC)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果入组24月后特定护理干预组患者的晨尿mALB、β_2-MG、RBP、NAG和血清CysC水平均明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年2型糖尿病患者采取特定的护理干预措施。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nursing intervention on kidney protection in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods 121 patients with T2 DM were divided into ordinary nursing group and special nursing group.The levels of urine mALB,β2-MG,RBP,NAG and serum CysC,Cr,BUN after 2 years were detected and compared between two groups.Results The levels of urine mALB,β2-MG,RBP,NAG and serum CysC in patients of the special nursing group were significantly lower than those of the ordinary nursing group.Conclusions Special nursing is good for the patients with T2 DM,it can improve the manifestation and slow the progression of kidney injury.
