摘 要:目的比较常规健康教育与多媒体健康教育对开胸患者术后依从性的影响。方法选取2011年1月~2013年1月在广西三甲医院胸外科进行开胸手术患者150例,根据随机数字表法将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,每组各75例,试验组采用多媒体健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察两组患者术后产生焦虑程度及躁动、强制拔管、不配合治疗的例数,比较两组的差异。结果患者术后的焦虑评分情况为对照组(54.56±6.45)分,试验组(49.43±6.02)分;躁动次数为对照组20次,试验组8次;不配合治疗人数对照组21例,试验组4例,两组相比较差别具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在本研究中,实施多媒体健康教育能有效降低开胸术后患者的焦虑程度,减少患者的躁动、不配合次数,明显提高开胸术后患者依从性,为临床护理人员选择合理的健康教育方式提供参考。Objective To compare the compliance effects between health education and multimedia education in patients with cardiothoracic surgery.Methods Select 150 patients from January 2011 to January 2011 in guangxi hospital,who will receive cardiothoracic surgery.According to random number table method,the object of study is divided into experimental group and the control group,75 cases in each group,experimental group will be received the multimedia health education,the control group will be given the conventional health education,observe two groups of patients with postoperative anxiety and restlessness,forced tube drawing,not cooperate treatment cases,comparing the difference between the two groups.Results Patients with postoperative anxiety score for the control group( 54.56±6.45),the experimental group( 49.43±6.02); Number of agitation for 20 times,experimental group 8 times; 21 people do not cooperate with treatment number controls four people,there are statistically significant difference in the two groups( P 0.05). Conclusion In this study,the implementation of multimedia health education can effectively reduce the level of anxiety in the patients with open thoracic surgery,can reduce the patient's restlessness,and can increase the patients' adherence obviously.This method is worth to use in clinic.
