摘　　要：总结分析了颈椎术并发伤口血肿的原因及早期观察和应急处理经验。护理重点是颈椎术后伤口血肿的早期观察、伤口引流护理、保持颈部稳定性。认为术后48 h,尤其是术后24 h内应加强护理巡视,严密观察病情变化,定时监测生命体征和指脉氧,分时监测皮下皱褶厚度、颈部周径之差值、伤口引流量的动态变化;重视患者主诉,第一时间发现存在的问题,立即启动颈椎术后伤口血肿应急预案至关重要。Objective：To explore the optimal compatibility proportion of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba for anti- inflammatory effect. Method：We researched the effect of each proportion of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba to the swelling of rats toe caused by injecting egg albumin. Each groups were given different ratios of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba,drug,aspirin,and saline,respectively. 0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h and 8h later,we measured the toe volume and calculated the swelling rate. An HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of cinnamaldehyd,cinnamaic acid,paeoniflorin and paeonilactone of each proportion,looking for links between them. Result：The proportions of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba had an effect on inhibition of swelling. By analyzing the compatibility proportion 2∶1 of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba which had the lowest swelling rate,therefore,it had the most effective anti-inflammatory function. There was the highest compositescore when the compatibility proportion of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba was 2∶1. Conclusion：The optimal compatibility proportion of Persicae Ramulus and Paeoniae Radix Alba for the anti- inflammatory effect is 2∶1.
