重复采血护理不良事件根本原因分析及防范对策

摘　　要：总结1例重复采血护理不良事件的根本原因并提出对策。分别从护士、患者、管理三个方面分析了原因,主要对策有:改进医嘱处理系统软件设置,规范检验申请查对,加强护护、护患之间的沟通。认为对事件进行根源分析有利于护理安全质量的提高。The method of pungent drugs for opening and bitter drugs for descending is the basic treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. It was created by ZHAGN Zhongjing in East Han Dynasty and has been developed by the physicians through all the ages and wildly used in the clinic. This paper introduces professor JIANG Shumin＇s experience on using this method in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease.
