摘　　要：总结了中西医护理的异同,统一性主要包括中医护理的整体观和西医护理的整体学说的统一性,中医护理的"天人合一"思想与西医护理的内外环境思想具有一致性,西医护理的护理程序与中医护理的辨证施护有一致性,中医护理的情志护理与西医护理的心理护理在内涵和实践中具有一致性,中医护理的"治未病"思想与西医护理的健康教育的内容和目标具有一致性;差异性主要包括理论体系不同,护理评估和诊断方法不同。认为在临床护理工作中,可将中医护理与西医护理有机结合起来,以满足患者对健康的基本要求。Objective：To explore the advantage of nursing intervention in preventing deep venous thrombus（DVT）after lower fracture. Methods：180 patients with lower fracture were enrolled in this research and were divided into 2 groups by random numbers. All of the members were given the conventional treatment and nursing. In the meantime,the observation group＇s 90 patients added nursing intervention. We compared the thromboembolism rate the two different groups. Results：After the whole process,the diagnosis of DVT was verified by ultrasonic duplex scanning in 6 cases（6.7%）in the observation group and 24 cases in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：After the research,we determined the fact that the nursing intervention in preventing DVT has the obvious advantage of conventional nursing. It can reduce the thromboembolism rate and enhance patients＇ quality of life. We should generalize the use of nursing intervention.
