慢性泪囊炎患者的手术治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探究慢性泪囊炎患者采用手术治疗的的方法和效果。方法选取2013年6月-2014年8月收治的92例慢性泪囊炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组49例患者采用泪道浚通术和球头硅胶管的联合手术治疗,对照组43例患者采用泪道浚通术的治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为93.88%,对照组治疗有效率为79.1%,疗效差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性泪囊炎患者选择泪道浚通术和球头硅胶管的联合手术治疗,手术时间较短,成本低廉,微创手术,利于患者的术后恢复。Objective The surgical treatment method and efficiency of patients with chronic dacryocystitis are to be investigated. Methods Choose 92 patients with chronic dacryocystitis who are treated in hospital from June 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. 49 patients in study group are given surgical treatment of high frequent electrolacryocystoplasty combined with silicone tube headed a ball,while 43 patients in control group are given high frequent electrolacryocystoplasty only,and then compare the treatment effects of two groups. Results The efficiency rate in study group is up to 93.88%,while,the efficiency rate in control group is up to 79.1%,there is a great differential between the two groups with statistic significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with chronic dacryocystitis are suggested to take surgical treatment of high frequent electrolacryocystoplasty combined with silicone tube headed a ball,which consume less surgical time and cost,in addition,such a minimally invasive surgery is conducive to recovery of patients.
