摘　　要：目的研究阿尔茨海默病患者骨股颈骨折术后护理效果。方法将42例阿尔茨海默病患者分为治疗组和对照组,对比护理效果。结果治疗组患者对护理质量总满意度为95.24%、并发症发生率为9.52%同对照组患者的71.43%和33.33%相比,P<0.05。结论护理干预措施可显著降低阿尔茨海默病患者并发症发生率。Objective To study the nursing effect of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease after the operation of femoral neck fracture. Methods 42 cases of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were divided into treatment group and control group,compare the effect of nursing. Results The patients in the treatment group on nursing quality satisfaction was 95.24%,the total complication rate was 9.52% with the control group of 71.43% patients compared with 33.33%,P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
