经肛门结肠拖出术治疗先天性巨结肠护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究肛门结肠拖出术治疗先天性巨结肠的护理效果以及体会。方法选取本院自2011年2月-2014年3月间收治的30例先天性巨结肠患儿,对其进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,15例/组,对照组采用常规方法进行护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予系统综合护理,对比分析两组的护理效果以及护理满意度。结果过分组护理,对照组的总有效率为80.00%,观察组的总有效率为93.33%,对照组的满意度为86.67%,观察组的满意度为93.33%,则观察组的总有效率和满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）具有统计学意义。结论先天性巨结肠患儿需要加强术前、术后等综合护理措施,可以有效提升患者的治疗有效率。Objective To study the nursing effect of anal colonic pul through operation for Hirschsprung disease treatment and experience. Methods 30 cases of Hirschsprung disease in our hospital from 2011 February to 2014 March and randomly assigned,divided into control group and observation group, 15 patients in per group,the control group using conventional methods of care,the observation group in the conventional care given comprehensive nursing care system,comparative analysis the effect of the two groups and nursing satisfaction. Results After grouping nursing,the total efficiency of control group is 80%,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,satisfaction of control group was 86.67%,the satisfaction of observation group is 93.33%,then the total effective rate of observation group and satisfaction were significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05） with statistical significance. Conclusion Children with congenital megacolon need to strengthen preoperative and postoperative comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve the treatment efficiency is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
