摘　　要：新生儿病房为无陪护病房,根据其病房的特殊性,所存在的一些不安全因素尤其应当引起高度警惕,风险管理也显得尤为重要。文中从医疗、护理、安全管理等多方面进行分析新生儿科护理安全的因素及防范措施,从而体现护理安全管理在新生儿病房中的重要性。The neonatal ward to ward and escort,according to the particularity of the ward of some unsafe factors,in particular,should be on high alert,risk management is particularly important. In this paper,from the medical,nursing,safety management and other aspects carries on the analysis of factors of nursing safety and preventive measures,which reflects the importance of nursing safety management in the neonatal ward.
