浅析神经外科重症患者的监护措施及护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析神经外科重症患者的临床护理方式。方法根据我院部分神经外科患者的临床护理资料进行探讨分析,总结护理方式。结果本组67例患者中,58例痊愈或好转,9例患者经抢救有6例成功,2例死亡。监护期间有1例发生感染,感染率为1.5%。结论神经外科患者临床中病情危急,医护人员应该要对患者给予更多的关注,加强护理,积极改善患者的预后效果。ObjectiveTo study the clinical nursing in critically ill patients in department of Neurosurgery.MethodsAccording to the clinical nursing data of patients in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital to carry on the discussion analysis, summarize the nursing mode.Results Of the 67 patients, 58 cases were cured or improved, 9 cases of patients with 6 cases of successful rescue, 2 cases of death. Monitoring during infection occurred in 1 patients, the infection rate was 1.5%.Conclusion ln department of neurosurgery, for patients in critical condition, should be given more attention, and use positive nursing methods to improve the patient＆#39;s prognosis.
