摘　　要：目的研究血常规检查质量控制方法 ,给临床血检的数据质量提升提供参考。方法对我院最近几年的血常规检查病例进行研究分析,选取其中的46例,使用不同抗凝剂来进行检查,根据检查结果进行探讨分析。结果使用不同的方式来进行血液标本红细胞、白细胞、血小板等等的变化检测,其受到标本放置时间长短的影响。结论造成血液检测结果变动的因素比较多,对这些因素进行研究分析,能够提升检测治疗,提高结果的准确度。Objective To study the quality control method of blood routine examination, blood examination for clinical data quality reference ascension. Methods 46 cases in our hospital in recent years of routine blood test case to carry on the research analysis were selected, the use of different anticoagulants to inspect, analyze according to the inspection results. Results Using different ways to carry out blood specimens of red cells, white cells, platelets and so on detection, the impact specimen storage time length. Conclusion Factors cause the blood test results change more, carries on the research analysis to these factors.
