肥胖2型糖尿病采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗的临床价值探析

摘　　要：目的：对西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病临床疗效进行评价。方法选取我院2013年4月～2013年12月收治的72例肥胖2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，将其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果研究组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质指数改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组未发生低血糖反应，对照组发生3例低血糖反应（P＞0.05）。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病效果好，患者血糖控制理想，不良反应少，安全有效。ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of sitagliptin and metformin in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 72 cases of obese type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital from 2013 April to December 2013 y as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsBlood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, group body mass index was better in research group than control group （P〈0.05）, the study group occurred, 3 cases of hypoglycemia reaction occurred in the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Sitagliptin and metformin in treatment of obese type 2 diabetic patients has good effect, and achive ideal blood sugar control and has less adverse reaction, safe and effective.
