摘　　要：临床给药方案取决于药效学(即药物对机体的作用)和药动学(即机体对药物的处置)。根据药物浓度的变化规律,以药动学原理计算药动学参数,设计个体化给药方案。The clinical dosage regimen depends on the pharmacodynamics, the role of drug on body, and the pharmacokinetics which means the drug disposition of body. According to the regularity of the drug concentration and using pharmacokinetic principles to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters to design the individualized dosage regimen.
