深昏迷患者应用气管插管的急诊急救应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨气管插管在深昏迷患者急诊急救中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院收治的80例深昏迷患者的临床急诊急救资料。将给予气管插管进行急救的40例患者设为观察组,将给予体位引流进行急救的40例患者设为对照组。结果观察组患者的临床急救有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组患者的77.5%(P<0.05),血气指标改善情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论应用气管插管对深昏迷患者实施急救,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者抢救成功率。Objective To study the endotracheal intubation in a deep coma patients in emergency first aid application value. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital,80 cases of deep coma patients clinical emergency first aid. Wil give endotracheal intubation for emergency treatment of 40 patients as observation group,wil give the postural drainage for emergency treatment of 40 patients were set as control group. Results The observation group of patients with clinical first aid effective rate was 92.5%,significantly higher than the control group 77.5% of the patients （P 〈 0.05）,blood gas index to improve the situation is better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of deep coma patients with tracheal intubation first aid,which can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,improve patients rescue success rate.
