胆囊结石B超声像图特征研究

摘　　要：目的研究与分析胆囊结石在B超下声像图的特征。方法回顾性分析本院2014年1月-2014年9月间108例手术后病理报告证实为胆囊结石的患者的手术前的B超声像图材料。结果手术前胆囊结石患者B超检出率98.15%（106例）,漏诊率1.85%（2例）,典型的胆囊结石B超声像图：胆囊内见明显回声团,后侧伴干净声影,声像会伴随患者体位的改变而发生改变。结论 B超检查在胆囊结石的诊断中快速、准确、清晰,为临床的诊治提供强有力的证据。Objective To explore and analysis the characteristics of the gal bladder stones in the B-Ultrasound. Methods Retrospective analysis of 108 cases those were hospitalized in 2014 January - 2014 September and were reported gal stone in the operation pathology report,col ected their B ultrasound report. Results Before the operation,detection rate of patients with gal stone in B ultrasound was 98.15%（106 case）,the rate of misdiagnosis was 1.85%（2 case）. The typical gal bladder stone in B ultrasound was obvious echo, the posterior with clean acoustic shadowing and Image would be accompanied by a patient position change. Conclusion B ultrasound examination is fast、accurate、clear in the diagnosis of gal stone, provide strong evidence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
