中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析偏头痛使用中医内科治疗的临床方法以及治疗效果。方法 2013至2014年我院共选取了26例偏头痛患者,将其分成对照组和治疗组两组,治疗组患者接受中医内科治疗,对照组使用西药西比灵治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后,治疗组患者的愈显率是80.8%,对照组愈显率是57.7%,两组的治疗总有效率为,治疗组96.2%,对照组76.9%,两组患者的结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05),治疗组的效果要优于对照组。结论偏头痛患者接受中医内科治疗的效果比较好,对患者的生活质量改善明显,临床中应用价值高。Objective To study the clinical use of Chinese Medicine Department of internal medicine analysis method of migraine treatment and the therapeutic effect. Methods From 2013 to 2014 in our hospital were selected in 26 patients with migraine,divided into the treatment group and the control group two groups,patients in the treatment group received traditional Chinese Medicine Department of internal medicine treatment,control group using western medicine flunarizine treatment,carries on the comparative analysis of two groups of patients treatment effect. Results After treatment,the patients in the treatment group the cure rate is 80.8%,the control group markedly effective rate was 57.7%,the total efficiency of treatment group two,treatment group 96.2%,control group 76.9%,two groups of patients the results there were statistical difference （P〈0.05）,the treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion Migraine patients TCM Department of internal medicine treatment effect is better,the quality of life of patients improved obviously,the clinical application of high value.
