二甲双胍联合胰岛素泵治疗新诊断2型糖尿病血糖波动研究

摘　　要：目的观察二甲双胍联合胰岛素泵治对新诊断之型糖尿病血糖波动的影响。方法 28例新诊断乙型糖尿病患者按随机数字表分为单纯胰岛素泵治疗组(CSI1组)与二甲双胍联合胰岛素泵治疗组(CSII联合组),每组各14例,活化治疗2周。结果 CGMS结果显示:CSZZ联合组与CSZZ组相比,均显著下降(P<0.05)治疗后比较两组A胰岛素,CSII联合组均偏低(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者,实施CSII诊断能够帮助患者血糖指标恢复正常范围区间,减少胰岛素用量,减轻体重,缩短血糖盗版天数等优势。Objective To observe the pil combined insulin pump treatment of newly diagnosed diabetes blood sugar fluctuations. Methods 28 cases of hepatitis b patients with diabetes are diagnosed according to random number table is divided into pure insulin pump therapy group （group CSI1） with metformin in combination with insulin pump treatment group （CSII group）, 14 cases in each group, activating treatment for 2 weeks. Results Showed that CGMS CSZZ joint group compared with CSZZ group were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05） after treatment compared two groups of insulin, A joint CSII group were lower （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Metformin is new in the diagnosis of hepatitis b patients with diabetes with insulin pump therapy compared with pure intensively treated with insulin pump, to improve blood sugar fluctuation, reduce the dosage of insulin, weight loss, shorten the advantages of the blood sugar number of piracy.
