基于鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年男性骨质疏松症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析鲑鱼降钙素对于老年男性骨质疏松症(OP)进行治疗的疗效。方法选择68例OP病患进行本组研究,病患皆为老年男性,将其分作参照组与治疗组各34例,参照组选用常规的钙片治疗,而治疗组选用鲑鱼降钙素治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组的骨密度明显比治疗前与参照组高(P<0.05);治疗组的疼痛缓解情况也明显比参照组好(P<0.05)。结论对于OP老年男性患者采用鲑鱼降钙素治疗疗效显著,可有效改善骨密度与缓解骨疼痛,并抑制骨的吸收与促进骨的形成。Objective To analyze the salmon calcitonin forosteoporosis in aged males （OP） of the efficacy of the treatment. Methods 68 cases of OP patients in this group of patients, for older men, be classified as a reference group and treatment group with 34 cases in each group, the reference group using routine of calcium treatment, while the treatment group used the salmoncalcitonin treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effects. Results After the treatment, the bone density of treatment group is more obvious than before treatment with high referencegroup （P 〈 0.05）; the treatment group also obvious pain relief than the reference group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the elderly male patients with OP by salmon calcitonin treatment has obvious curative effect, can effectively improve the bone density and relieve bone pain, and inhibit bone absorption and promoting bone formation.
