摘　　要：目的分析肿瘤疼痛护理中循证护理的应用效果。方法将58例患者分为两组各29例,观察组行循证护理,对照组行常规护理。结果观察组护理后疼痛指数明显降低,焦虑、抑郁情绪改善明显,与对照组对比(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤疼痛护理中采用循证护理,可减轻患者疼痛程度。Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of cancer pain. Methods 58 patients were divided into two group with 29 cases in each group, the observation group for evidence-based nursing, the control group received routine nursing care. Results In the observation group,nursing after pain index decreased significantly,anxiety,depression improved significantly,compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using evidence-based nursing in nursing care of cancer pain, can al eviate the pain degree of patients.
