摘　　要：目的分析经单侧鼻孔蝶窦入路显微镜下垂体瘤切除术护理配合。方法 2013年3月-2014年3月期间,我院收治经单侧鼻孔蝶窦入路显微镜下垂体瘤切除术患者共25例。对患者术前、术中以及术后等各个环节进行密切配合,观察护理配合情况。结果研究中所有患者成功完成手术,且患者术后恢复良好,并未发生相关并发症。结论在对垂体瘤患者进行手术治疗的同时,做好患者的心理护理,掌握好手术步骤能够提升手术成功率。Objective To analyze the single nostril transsphenoidal approach under the microscope of pituitary adenoma resection nursing cooperation. Methods In March,2013 - March 2014,our hospital by single nostril transsphenoidal approach under a microscope,a total of 25 patients with pituitary adenoma resection. For patients with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative to work closely with each link,the nursing cooperation. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery in the study,and the patient recovered well postoperatively,has not related complications occurred. Conclusion In patients with pituitary adenoma surgery at the same time,make the patient＆#39;s psychological nursing,grasp the operation steps to improve the success rate of surgery.
